About

A jounrey built across technology, entrepreneurship, education, media and film.

I work at the point where systems, people and stories meet.

My path

From telecommunications engineering to founder ecosystems and doctoral research.

My professional background began in technology and software, where I worked across digital products, telecommunications and business systems. Entrepreneurship then became the connecting theme: building ventures, supporting founders and creating programmes around the problems early-stage teams face.

That practical work led to deeper academic questions. I completed doctoral research at the University of Liverpool Management School on virtual accelerators and business-model development, while continuing to teach entrepreneurship and innovation.

Film and visual storytelling run alongside that work. They allow me to explore ambition, identity, relationships and the human reality behind professional achievement.

How I work

Clear thinking, honest evidence and respect for the person doing the work.

I do not believe founders need hype, performative confidence or endless frameworks. They need context, practical decisions, meaningful accountability and support that respects their actual stage.

01

Evidence before performance

Good decisions begin with honest signals from customers, markets and teams.

02

Personalisation with structure

Support should reflect the venture, but still create direction and accountability.

03

Technology with judgement

AI can extend support, while human interpretation remains essential.

04

Substance in storytelling

Strong stories reveal decisions, change and emotional truth.
